Can I order something and have it sent to someone else?

Sure, just let me know when you order by sending us a message on either proudpetslave@gmail.com, on Instagram or messenger with order number/product and we can get that arranged for you.

Can I get something custom made?

Sure! send us a message on either proudpetslave@gmail.com, on Instagram or messenger and lets have a chat.

What happens if I buy the wrong size?

Unfortunately we don't accept exchanges on handmade items unless they are faulty. As our accessories are made to order just for your pet, I struggle to resell the returned items.

Please Take extra care when measuring your pets.

How can my pet become a Proud Pet Slave Ambassador?

Keep an eye out on our Instagram account as we will announce there when we are looking for new models.

To be able to enter your pet must have their own Instagram account, be active with their followers and love our brand!

Can you sponsor my Instagram giveaway?

We can only afford to sponsor a few select giveaways a year. Please don’t be offended if your request is denied.

We will only consider sponsorship if you are a regular customer.

My product was defective on Delivery, what do I do?

First, we are so sorry for the inconvenience. If there is a problem with your order please email me ASAP.

Please contact me within 4 days of Delivery, If your product is defective. We can then exchange or refund the item.

After the 4 days have passed unfortunately your item will not be replaced or refunded.
We do not provide an extended warranty on our products.

We only guarantee that our products are free from defects on delivery.

Our products are made of High quality materials but are not indestructible, please check them prior to each use.

Can I add to my order?

You sure can, as long as it hasn’t shipped already, Shoot us an email and we can help you.

Extra shipping charges may apply as our shipping is calculated on weight.

Can I cancel or change my order?

This depends on how quick you notify me. 

If we have already cut the fabric or started sewing your order, you will not be able to change items or cancel your order. 

For best chance of cancellation please contact me within 24hours.

How long before my order ships?

For handmade items this changes week to week. In busy periods such as Christmas this can reach 2 weeks.

For Custom made flowerpot, please give 2-3 weeks for use to get artwork done and adding to pot/lacquer process finished. 

We take a lot of care in making your accessories, so generally it will take around a week before your order ships.

In stock items ship within 3 business days.

Any Safety Advise?

Please always supervise your pets while wearing our products.

Proud Pet Slave accepts no responsibility for any damage or harm our products cause through lack or supervision or incorrect use. 

Please always inspect items prior to each use.

Do you offer a warranty?

We don’t  offer an extended warranty on our products.

Proud Pet Slave's products are made from high quality and durable materials, however they are not indestructible. We guarantee our accessories and pet products at the time of purchase against  defects. 

Please ensure that you inspect all items for wear prior to use. We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products
